Inspections
Before implementing any type of treatment, an in-depth inspection is necessary in order to determine the best approach. By completing this process, the professional identifies the type of plague and the level of infestation. The correct treatment will be developed upon a proper inspection. An inspection can also be performed when wanting to prevent a future contamination in the structure which can be beneficial when wanting to buy a property.
Evaluations
An evaluation is performed in areas with pre-existing plague problems to establish a personalized and individual plan. Recommendations upon daily living activities are suggested in order to resolve or control the problem.
Clean Out
A clean out is the initial service in which the product is applied using the highest dose of active ingredients. This will assure the venom will reach hidden places and will eventually kill the plagues that have not yet been noticed or detected by the client.
Maintenance
As the name says, maintenance services are performed to maintain the residual of the first applied pesticide. This service will also prevent new formations or an increment of non desired bugs or insects. In each maintenance service the professional monitors areas with regularity and if necesary, change or rotate products.
Specialized Services
Specialized services include a personalized plan against termites, spiders, bedbugs, reptiles, fleas, ticks, and other uncommon plagues.
Termites
Termites treatment will depend whether they are found to be subterranean or arboreal.
The professional will perform a proper assessment of the affected area and will
develop a plan according
to the findings.
Subterranean
Subterranean termites
have their nest under the ground. They are hard to
find and require a
deep examination.
Arboreal
Arboreal termites have their nest in trees, cabinets, wood, or any other organic material.
Disinfection
When and where viruses and bacteria are found, an EPA approved virucide is applied in order to maintain areas sanitized and clean.
Wood Destroying Insects Certification
This certification is beneficial when wanting to buy a house through financing. Often banks require that the property that will be owned is free from wood destroying insects. Throughout this document, the professional certifies the house's clearance or approval for sale.
